Simple, transparent platform fees

Platform customers pay a small fee on Stripe payments. WordPress customers do not.

Platform packages (Cosmos Platform)

We apply a 2% platform fee on payments collected through Stripe.

This only applies to platform packages that use the full Cosmos system (bookings, products, subscriptions, invoicing).

Example: You collect £100. Stripe processes the payment, and a 2% platform fee (£2) is applied.

WordPress customers pay no platform fee.

If you use Stripe on your WordPress site, Stripe’s own processing fees still apply as normal.

Stripe’s processing fees are set and billed by Stripe directly.

The 2% platform fee is separate from Stripe’s own fees.
