Payments are handled securely through Stripe or GoCardless, Sum Up, connected to your existing business account.
You’ll receive funds directly — no commission cuts from delivery apps. If you take payments via Stripe, GoCardLess or SumUp, please note they do have their own small fees per transaction.

No special machines are required. Everything runs through your WordPress website and the mobile app we build for you.
You can manage your orders, menu, and payments straight from your phone, tablet, or laptop — no tills, terminals, or POS hardware needed.

Our Node Dawn Street Food App, on the other hand, is a custom-built, branded mobile app designed for your customers.
It gives them a smooth, front-facing experience to:

  • Browse your menu
  • Place and pay for orders
  • Collect loyalty rewards
  • Find your food stall or next event location

In short:

WooCommerce App = for you (admin & management)

Your app is completely self-serviceable — you can update your menu, prices, and images anytime through your WordPress dashboard, and those changes appear instantly in your app.

There are no ongoing hidden fees, but app stores (Apple & Google) occasionally require technical updates to keep apps compatible with their latest versions. When this happens, we’ll handle the update for you.

We charge a £100 update fee — typically once every 6 months, depending on whether your app’s source code needs adjusting due to Apple/Google requirements. Sometimes it can be longer than this, but this is how Google and Apple Work.

If your app ever goes out of date, we’ll notify you when an update is due — so you’ll always stay live and compliant. If you do not update it, Google and Apple will remove your app from the store.

Yes — absolutely. You can begin with one of our Starter Orbit or Growth Orbit packages and upgrade at any time.

If you’d like to add specific new features (for example, loyalty rewards, multi-location support, or advanced analytics), we can upgrade your app to the next package level or quote you for custom feature development.

If your app needs to be rebuilt and republished to the app stores due to major feature changes or design upgrades, we’ll provide you with a clear custom quote before any work begins.
